Program Overview

Celer Merchants SMS Programs (“Program”) deliver account/service alerts, security verifications, operational updates, and—where you consent—promotional messages about our products and services. Messages are sent from our registered 10DLC/toll-free numbers (“Program Numbers”).

  • Message Types: account/transactional alerts, security (e.g., one-time passcodes), operational notices, surveys/service updates, and marketing/promotional messages only if you opt in.

  • Geography: U.S. residents on U.S. carriers.

1) Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and: (i) checking the consent box on our forms, (ii) creating an account, (iii) completing a transaction that reasonably requires messaging (e.g., 2FA), or (iv) texting a Program keyword (e.g., JOIN, START) to a Program Number, you authorize Celer Merchants Corporation to send SMS/MMS messages using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2) Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and Program enrollment (e.g., number of alerts configured, verification events, or marketing preferences).

3) Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Program message. We also honor STOP ALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE. After you opt out, you’ll receive one confirmation text and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

  • To re-opt in, reply START, UNSTOP, or JOIN, or reenroll via our web forms.

Note: Opting out of marketing does not automatically disable strictly necessary security/transactional messages (e.g., fraud alerts or one-time passcodes) tied to Services you request. To disable those, contact Support for alternative authentication methods.

6) Carrier & Delivery Disclosures

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier network coverage and device. MMS may not be available on all carriers/devices.

7) Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s authorization for the enrolled number and be 18+ (or age of majority in your state).

  • Keep your mobile number current. If you port/surrender your number, promptly opt out or update your profile.

8) Data We Collect via SMS

We may collect your mobile number, message content, timestamps, device/carrier metadata, delivery/engagement status, and support history to operate the Program, ensure security/fraud prevention, maintain records, troubleshoot, and improve our Services—per our Privacy Policy.

9) Privacy

Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy (U.S. only). We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law treats certain advertising practices as “sharing,” you can exercise your choices as described in our Privacy Policy or by emailing [email protected].

10) Changes

We may update this SMS Terms & Policy periodically. The Last Updated date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted to our website or communicated via SMS where appropriate. Continued participation signifies acceptance.

11) Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to this Program are governed by our Terms of Service, including any arbitration and class-action waiver provisions therein.
