NCR Voyix Aloha pricing: what NCR Voyix publishes

No price, anywhere on the site. What NCR Voyix does publish is the contract that a quoted price would sit inside — and that document answers more of the important questions than most pricing pages do.

There is no published price

NCR Voyix publishes no monthly software price, no card-processing rate and no hardware price for Aloha, as checked on 17 September 2026. There is no pricing page to check: ncrvoyix.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 on that date, and the Aloha product pages route to contact and demo forms rather than to figures.

What the published agreement does say

NCR Voyix maintains a terms and conditions index that links product-specific agreements as PDFs. The document that governs a US restaurant subscription — the Master Agreement for Restaurants, published as the United States Hospitality Subscription Program Agreement for SMB — was read on 17 September 2026 and publishes the following.

NCR Voyix Master Agreement for Restaurants, as published 2026-09-17
ClauseWhat it states
Initial term36 months from the effective date set out in the Order, unless the Order states otherwise
RenewalServices renew automatically for successive one-year periods until either party gives written notice of non-renewal no later than 90 days before a renewal date
Termination for convenienceYou may terminate an Order for Subscription Services on 90 days' prior written notice
Cost of that terminationOutstanding fees through the termination date, plus 100% of the total remaining Program Fees payable during the then-current term — stated as damages and not as a penalty
What is inside that amountRemaining payments for installation, implementation and other up-front service fees that were amortised over the initial term
EquipmentWhere equipment is provided as part of a subscription service, the right to use it ends when the Order's term ends or the Order is terminated
Governing law and disputesNew York law; notice and good-faith discussion, then non-binding mediation; arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules if unresolved after 60 days; no claim more than two years after it accrues

A note on one document we have deliberately not used. The same index links an Aloha Cloud Merchant Agreement, and every page of it carries an "NCR Voyix Confidential" marking. A document its owner marks confidential is not quoted on this site regardless of where the link sits, so nothing on this page comes from it. The Master Agreement for Restaurants carries no such marking, and everything above comes from there.

Why the exit clause is the number to model

The initial term is three years, and you may leave for convenience — more than several providers here allow — but leaving costs the whole remainder of the term plus any installation and implementation cost that was amortised across the 36 months rather than charged up front. That second part matters: amortising a large one-time figure makes the monthly number look smaller, and if the agreement ends early the deferred amount becomes payable alongside the remaining subscription fees. Ask not only what the monthly fee is, but how much of it is deferred up-front cost. The 90-day non-renewal window means the decision point is nine months into each renewal year; diarise it the day the order is signed.

What NCR Voyix does not publish

  • Any monthly software price for Aloha, at any tier.
  • Any card-processing rate for NCR Voyix Payment Solutions.
  • Any hardware price, or whether hardware is sold, subscribed or financed on a given deal.
  • Implementation, professional services and training costs.
  • What proportion of a quoted subscription fee represents amortised up-front cost.

What to settle before signing

  1. The full Order: every line item, one-time and recurring, with the term against each.
  2. A worked early-termination figure at month 12 and month 24, in writing, including the amortised up-front component.
  3. The processing rate in full, as a percentage and per item, by card type and channel.
  4. Whether hardware is purchased, subscribed or financed, and what happens to it at termination.
  5. The 90-day non-renewal date for the first renewal, written into a calendar before signature.
  6. Whether you are contracting with NCR Voyix directly or through a reseller, and which agreement then governs.

How an independent agent's quote differs

We place the merchant account with a processor separately from the POS and name every component: interchange as the card networks publish it, network assessments, and our markup on its own line. A group can then evaluate Aloha on the software and the service, and hold the processing to a rate it can see and reprice. On a large deployment the difference over 36 months is rarely small. The free statement analysis measures it against your own last three months of statements.

Related questions

Not published. NCR Voyix publishes no price for Aloha on its website, and there is no pricing page — /pricing returned HTTP 404 on 17 September 2026. Software, hardware and processing are all quoted through a sales order.

Its Master Agreement for Restaurants, read on 17 September 2026, states an initial subscription term of 36 months from the effective date on the Order, unless the Order says otherwise. Services then renew automatically for successive one-year periods unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal no later than 90 days before a renewal date.

The same agreement allows you to terminate an Order for Subscription Services for convenience on 90 days' prior written notice. It then requires payment of outstanding fees through the termination date plus, as stated damages and not a penalty, 100% of the total remaining Program Fees payable during the then-current term, including remaining amortised installation, implementation and other up-front service fees.

Yes. The Master Agreement for Restaurants provides for prompt written notice of a dispute, good-faith discussion, and then arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules where the matter is not resolved within 60 days. New York law governs, the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitrability, and neither party may bring a claim more than two years after the cause of action accrues.

Because every page of that document carries an "NCR Voyix Confidential" marking. A document marked confidential by its owner is not quoted here, whatever link it sits behind. This page therefore relies only on the Master Agreement for Restaurants, which carries no such marking.
